NEW "Mindfulness-Based Sleep Therapy" 6 Week Group Program
The "Mindfulness-Based Sleep Therapy" (MBST) program is an experiential and psycho-educational group course designed to help people with insomnia or otherwise unsatisfactory sleep to sleep well again.

Rooted in core mindfulness philosophy and practices, MBST also incorporates elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), Sleep Hygiene Guidelines and Health & Wellness Coaching.

Having researched sleep both personally and professionally for over 25 years, and having worked with hundreds of people in my mindfulness courses, sleep therapy and health coaching practice, I have developed this program to combine the most important information and most effective practices, scientifically proven to help you sleep well again.​​​​

What you will learn:
- The science behind sleep, different sleep stages (REM & NREM) and how our sleep architecture changes as we age.
- How diet and lifestyle factors including light, caffeine and technology really impact our sleep.
- How to create the optimal sleep environment.
- The role of daytime rest in our night-time sleep.
- Short, simple mindfulness practices to help you effortlessly build meaningful rest periods into your daily life, as you go.
- Breathing exercises to reset your nervous system and help you wind down or fall back to sleep during the night.

Additional Information:
This is a pilot program so is currently being offered at a reduced rate of 195 euro. The reduced rate is a gratuity to participants accepted onto the course, who will be obliged to fill out pre- and post-intervention questionnaires to measure the effects and potential benefits of this program.
Deposit: Once you have completed and returned the enrollment forms and have been accepted onto the course, a 75 euro is required to secure your place. This can be paid by online transfer or Revolut.
NB. Screening for suitability and for sleep disorders that warrant medical attention will be conducted as part of the enrollment process.
